เรายืนยันตัวตนของทุกคนที่รับงานผ่านแอป ด้วยบัตรประชาชนไทยหรือหนังสือเดินทาง และร้านหรือบริษัทช่างทุกแห่งลงนามข้อตกลงกับเราก่อนรับงาน เราไม่ได้ตรวจสอบหรือทดสอบฝีมือของช่าง แต่เราติดตามคะแนนและความคิดเห็นที่ลูกค้าให้หลังจบงานทุกงาน ช่างแต่ละคนรับผิดชอบงานของตนเองโดยอิสระWe verify the identity of everyone who takes jobs through the app, with a Thai ID card or a passport, and every technician business signs our agreement before taking jobs. We do not check or test anyone's skill in their trade, but we follow the ratings and comments customers give after every job. Each technician is independently responsible for their own work.

ใส่ช่องทางติดต่อให้มากที่สุดเท่าที่ทำได้ — ช่างจะติดต่อคุณได้ง่ายขึ้น และถ้าช่องทางหนึ่งใช้ไม่ได้ ยังมีอีกทางเสมอAdd as many ways to reach you as you can — it makes it easier for the technician, and if one channel fails there's always another.
ไม่บังคับ — ช่างอาจเสนอเวลาอื่น แล้วคุณยืนยันได้Optional — the technician may suggest another time, and you confirm
ไม่ต้องระบุงบประมาณ — คุณตกลงราคากับช่างโดยตรง บางงานช่างต้องดูหน้างานก่อนNo need to state a budget — you agree the price with the technician directly. Some jobs need a look first.
กรอกอย่างน้อยหนึ่งช่อง เพื่อให้ช่างติดต่อคุณได้ — เบอร์โทรหรือ LINE (อีเมล/WhatsApp = เสริม)Fill in at least one, so the technician can reach you — phone or LINE (email/WhatsApp optional)
คุณชำระเงินให้ช่างโดยตรง — ไม่ผ่านหาช่างโปร ในประเทศไทยส่วนใหญ่ชำระด้วยเงินสด หรือสแกน QR (พร้อมเพย์) หากมีบัญชีธนาคารไทย ราคาและวิธีชำระเงินเป็นข้อตกลงระหว่างคุณกับช่างYou pay the technician directly — never HaChangPro. In Thailand most people pay cash, or by scanning a QR code (PromptPay) if they have a Thai bank account. You and the technician agree the price and how to pay.
